Lillian Pitt (Warm Springs, Wasco, Yakima) is an artist of international reputation whose prints, art glass and bronze work has been influenced by the Columbia River Gorge pictographs, most notably “She-Who-Watches.” Through her artwork she personifies the spirit of “She-Who-Watches,” engendering a sense of community and reminding all people of the magic and fragility of the earth.
